Made-to-measure furniture in Benimeit, Moraira

“A coordinated home furnishing project sounded simple until we looked at the access and the existing services. We wanted to give the kitchen, bedrooms and living area a shared material direction. Because the room is in Moraira, we asked specifically about seasonal occupancy; it was covered in the proposed sequence. Those constraints were dealt with in the drawings, so fitting day was calm and well organised. They did not promise that the first sketch was perfect. The second version was much better because it reflected how we actually use the room.”

“We contacted the studio about furniture for a newly purchased apartment. The brief was quite specific: prioritise the rooms needed first and phase the rest of the installation. The survey in Moraira also picked up seasonal occupancy, which had not been obvious in the photographs. They asked sensible questions, showed us where the first idea would have caused problems and set out the revised layout clearly. The result is quieter than our original reference image and works much better in the actual space.”

The team did not assume that every home in Moraira was alike; they checked our actual walls, light and access. Their reply was practical, not sales-heavy, and the quotation matched the version we had discussed. We were shown a physical sample beside the existing floor. That changed our mind about the colour, fortunately before production.”
